Apple has just approved the 4.3 update for the LDS Scriptures for iPad app. Here are the release notes:

Features Added:
• PDF versions of the Ensign, New Era, Friend, and Liahona (International version) are now available in the PDF Library
• The bookmark, tags, and notes lists now display two lines of text from their associated verses
• Ability to delete downloaded PDF content when no longer needed
• More PDF documents added to the PDF Library and some of the sections are more organized now

We recently released a new update to our award winning U.S. Historical Documents app for the iPhone and iPod touch devices.

It includes enhanced support for the iOS4 (iPhone 4) operating system as well as added the State of the Union address for 2010. The basic version also enables to you upgrade to the Pro feature set from within the app.

Version 1.1 of the LDS Scriptures for Android app has just been released. This update should alleviate some of the force close issues that users are experiencing.


Release Notes:

• Memory improvements to help reduce the number of force close issues
• User is now informed that an SD card is required instead of just displaying an unexpected error message
• When restoring a user's data file, any current content in the My Library is now correctly removed
• Search screen remembers the last search phrase

Church PDF Files Improvements: All known PDF issues have been fixed.
• All PDFs should now be properly scaled and centered when displayed in either portrait or landscape mode using either single or dual-page display.
• All PDFs have a working table of contents.
• Added Preach My Gospel PDF file (with working table of contents)
• Fixed crash when entering the Youth Materials section
