Standard Works

LDS Escrituras is the Spanish version of Standard Works' LDS Scriptures iPhone/iPod Touch Scriptures App. It is currently the only app on any mobile device that contains the newly released LDS Edition of the Spanish Bible, Reina Valera 2009 - complete with new Spanish cross-references and guide to the scriptures!

Core features only found in this scriptures app include: very fast navigation, auto-scrolling text, colored word highlighting, hierarchical bookmarks, inline notes, custom footnotes and cross-references, exact location histories, content sharing, and much more.

Current content includes the entire LDS Standard Works, gospel study guide, Joseph Smith translation, and a few misc. documents (more documents will be added over time as free upgrades). And for your convenience, every scriptural reference throughout this content is already linked. For a more complete list of content and features, see the lists below.

Note that the content is all in Spanish, but the actual screens and messages in the app have not been localized.

Features:
• Emailing documents. If you have the 3.0 OS installed on your device you can email chapters/documents from directly within the app and all of your notes and highlights will even be in the emailed document! If you don't have 3.0 installed, all the other features of the app will continue to work normally, but you won't be able to use the email function.

Easily backup/restore all of your data
Upload your own content that appears in the app using a wide variety of file types (PDF, Excel, Pages, Word, etc. - even use it to view your non-religious content on your iPhone or iPod Touch!)

Share content with other users of the website
Subscribe to other's shared content and have it appear in the app
"My Library" is a new section in the app that will show all of your content from LDSScripturesApp.com as well as all content you have subscribed to from other users.
