LDS Scriptures & LDS Escritruas Version 2.6 Approved by Apple!
Apple has just approved the 2.6 update to both LDS Scriptures and LDS Escrituras. Here are the release notes:
English Only Updates
Content Added:
• 179th Semiannual General Conference, October 2009 (located in Library -> General Conferences)
Issues Fixed:
• Fixed incorrect chapter heading for Romans 1
Spanish & English Updates
LDSScripturesApp.com integration changes:
• When syncing My Library, any content you have unsubscribed to from LDSScripturesApp.com will be deleted from your device. This does not affect content you created or uploaded, only content you have unsubscribed to from other users.
• When deleting content from My Library by using the swiping gesture, it does not try to unsubscribe from content you created or uploaded. Only other users' content you have subscribed to.
Features Added:
• List of all highlights added to ... on home screen
• Ability to email all the verses that are tagged with the same tag (see "Tags" accessed from the ... button on home screen)
• Ability to email all the verses that are in a bookmark folder - very useful for lessons, talks, etc. (press Bookmarks icon and select a bookmark folder)
• Added swipe to delete support for tags when adding tags
• Added swipe to delete support for tags when viewing tags in the ... button area of the main screen
• Added swipe to delete support for notes when viewing notes in the ... button area of the main screen
• Added swipe to delete support for custom cross-references and footnotes in the Edit References mode
• Added swipe to delete support to History List screen. You can now manually remove items from the history list if you want to.
Issues Fixed:
• If you have both LDS Scriptures and LDS Escrituras, you can have separate LDSScripturesApp.com accounts for each app
• Navigating to annotated verses from the ... button on the home screen would not navigate you to the appropriate verse
• Removed the ability to disable the verse slider. It will now always be shown when applicable.
• Fixed incorrect display of the default History bookmark folder when in editing mode
• Fixed blank screen that could appear when using the Back button from within the My Library contents
• When navigating to another chapter while reading, the highlight and autoscroll toolbars will be correctly reset
